The fuel pump relay connector is the electrical plug at the relay socket that carries power and control signals to the fuel pump relay. Signs of failure include: a no-start condition caused by a burned or corroded connector rather than the relay itself, or a relay that tests good out of the socket but causes a fuel pump fault when installed.
