Coil springs support the weight of the vehicle, absorb road impacts, and maintain the correct ride height and suspension geometry for proper handling and tire wear. Signs of worn or broken springs include: a corner of the vehicle that sits noticeably lower than the others, a harsh or bouncy ride, clunking noises over bumps, or a broken coil visible during inspection. Replace broken or sagged springs in pairs per axle to restore proper ride height and handling balance.
