The side marker connector delivers power to the side marker socket and bulb, and is located in an exposed area of the front or rear of the vehicle. Signs of failure include: a side marker that does not illuminate despite a good bulb and socket, or visible corrosion and damage at the connector. Replace the connector to restore a clean electrical circuit to the side marker light.
