["with Halogen Capsule Headlights"]
The headlight socket holds the headlight bulb securely and provides the electrical contacts through which power flows to the filament. Signs of a failing socket include: a headlight that flickers or fails to illuminate despite a new bulb, visible corrosion or melting at the contacts, or a socket that no longer holds the bulb securely. Replace a damaged socket to ensure consistent, reliable headlight operation.
